On Sunday Elaine was involved in a very serious traffic accident and was airlifted from the scene to the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. She is in the very best possible place for treatment. Her condition is stable but critical.
Please do not visit the hospital as it is immediate family only. The hospital has also asked me to request that people do not ring up for details as they cannot cope with the large number of calls. For the moment I will post regular updates on this site about her condition.
